We are introducing a standard across business way of submitting IT Requests and Queries for JustAsk Services.
This is our newly developed and implemented IT Support Ticketing System, which will allow us to keep a tight rein on IT incidents and tasks, such as easily accept tickets, reply, add comments, and close them out, plus the ability to track just what you need to keep things humming. The system will help users help themselves. With the user portal you can submit tickets and track your request's progress. Department's funcions will be improved too by adding automation to our proccesses like auto-assignment of tickets to the right resources and view team's performance and metrics at-a-glance.
